The fulsome homage paid to Shri Guruji on his demise by eminent personalities in every walk of national life made it clear that the controversies about him were reduced to ashes along with his mortal frame and his unique contribution to the nation’s life shown in all splendour. Making a significant departure from parliamentary practice both Houses of Parliament paid tributes to this great man, who was a member of neither house.
